A number of suggestions tempted me to lose my peace yesterday. But I am happy to say, "No thanks!"
If I know well enough that I am not "Rex" ready for his next delicious treat,
I also know that I am not a mere slave to sense, struggling to overcome the tempting buffet.
By the power of Christ, I can say "No thanks!"
I am on a "MANNA" diet!
I am grateful for Christ Truth!
This picture just makes me laugh. How true that nothing in the mortal realm is handed to us on a silver platter. BUT, "it is your Father's good pleasure to GIVE you the kingdom"--the whole kingdom of heaven is a gift to each of us today! Enjoy!
