Sun Jan 15
"Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer; From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I." Ps 61:1,2
When we feel so lost and we are calling God to come and give us a lift, it is when we realize that all we need to do is to move our consciousness up higher, and let Him take over.
We need move up higher.
I am grateful for the lift!

Day Fifteen: The path
Sat Jan 14
"Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy" Ps 16:11
What is my purpose? What is my life about?
What is my path?
Where do you want me to be?
These and more questions arise trying to understand the wonder of Life.
But a smile, a breath, a sweet moment of prayer, all say "I AM your Life and nothing else"...

Day Eleven: Overwhelment
Tues Jan 10
"Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. " Ps 61:1,2
Being overwhelmed is a common feeling of putting ourselves down and resist good.
"But how can I resist good?- I ask - I want good, I am good..."
Then I try to remember that it is just a suggestion of being separate.
God is never overwhelmed.
So I may go to God, and ask to take it from me.
I am grateful it is just a suggestion...

Tues Jan 3
"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want." PS 23
"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want." PS 23
The shepherding quality of Love, is always leading and comforting.
This prayer has been embed in my heart.
I am so grateful for the shepherd!
Day Seven: The Tower
Sat. Dec 10
"Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever". Ps 61
Every word and every thought of prayer gives me that deep sense of comfort and security.
I am grateful for the tower of Truth.
Day Five: Acceptance
First thing in the morning, I spilled the coffee... A whole mess! The good thing is that I didn't react... I didn't complain! I had to change clothes and clean the floor, the kitchen cabinets, the counter top...
Yeah! The gratitude attitude worked! It was my "cleaning" prayer first thing in the morning.
I am grateful for the opportunity to accept what it is...

Day Three: Prayer
Today, it is a day of rest, I need to overview the week with all the "wins" and the little things I need to change. It is a day of prayer. I feel this extra need for prayer. And I feel I need to begin with gratitude...
I am grateful for this day of rest and all the "must do's" in a relaxed way. I am grateful for the extra prayer time, the laughter, the consciousness of "HOME".
